Saturday, members of our staff were blessed to take part in the blessing of signal 88.1 FM – KEJS, with Bishop Hanefeldt of the Diocese of Grand Island. It’s also the first ever signal blessing we’ve had a dog attend (pictured at the far back right of the photo below)!
After the blessing, many enjoyed cookies and photos with Bishop Hanefeldt. Nate, Eric, and Erin went on to visit 10 parishes and attend 9 masses around the area. They had a wonderful time connecting with parishioners and pastors. There was a lot of excitement about Catholic radio and the official signal dedication. Many took home program guides, yard signs, and other materials to help evangelize the Good News!
