At times, do you feel you are just methodically “going through the motions” at Mass or in your prayer time? Has it been a long time since the old “Baltimore Catechism?” Do you struggle with a response to non-Catholics when questioned about our faith? Sometimes we need a refresher as to why Catholics worship the Lord in the manner we do. Sts. Peter & Paul, St Anthony’s, and St. Joseph’s Catholic Church is offering sessions on just these issues and invites you, your families, and your guests to participate. Each session will offer time for questions and answers followed by food and fellowship. ALL are welcome! Very Rev. James Golka, Pastor of St. Mary’s Cathedral in Grand Island will offer a teaching Mass at Sts. Peter & Paul. During the Mass, he will explain the vestments, the symbols, and the “whys” regarding the different parts of the most sacred prayer of the Church. We will come to understand why the Mass is the “source and summit” of our Christian lives.
