Joe Scheidler, pro-life activist, dynamic speaker, and author, recently passed away at the age of 93. His legacy and impact on the pro-life community will carry on for years to come. Read Catholic News Agency’s article about Joe’s impact. Joe was the National Director of the Pro-Life Action League, a national pro-life educational and activist organization headquartered in Chicago. He and his wife, Ann founded the Pro-Life Action League in 1980.

Spirit Mornings recently interviewed Eric Scheidler, Joe’s son. Eric is the Executive Director of the Pro-Life Action League (@ProLifeAction), and recently expanded and mobilized his nationwide network of local pro-life leaders as one of the three national co-directors of ProtestPP, a coalition of pro-life groups formed to protest Planned Parenthood’s trafficking in aborted fetal tissue and boost the pro-life presence at their abortion facilities going forward.

Listen to Eric’s Spirit Mornings interview below where he shares more about his father and a pro-life message very applicable this time of year as many pro-life marches and activities are taking place.
