Treasure of Our Faith Retreat
Rwanda Genocide Survivor and New York Times best-selling author of “Left To Tell: Discovering God Amidst the Rwanda Genocide” will lead a retreat at St. Joseph Catholic Church about Faith, Hope Love and Forgiveness. She not only survived the genocide by hiding cramped in a bathroom with 7 other women, but she was also able to forgive her tormentors and her family murderers. Instead of succumbing to the rage she felt, she instead turned to prayer. Lunch will be provided.
