Join the Serra Club of West Omaha on Monday, January 20, for a beautiful Holy Hour to Pray for Vocations at the St. John Paul II Newman Center, 1221 S. 71st Street in Omaha, beginning with a brief meet-and-greet in the Karol Commons Student Center at 6:30 PM followed by the Holy Hour at 7:00 PM in the Chapel. The Presider will be Father Tom Weisbecker, Chaplain of the Serra Club of West Omaha. Together we will pray a Rosary for Vocations before the Blessed Sacrament, exposed in a special Serra traveling monstrance that was blessed by Pope St. John Paul II.  We will also recite the Litany for Vocations and spend time in silent adoration as we pray for an increase in vocations throughout the Archdiocese of Omaha. Please show your support and invite your family, friends, and guests to join us! If you are interested in helping to build the Church locally through vocations support, contact Bruce Jefferies, Serra VP, at [email protected].  Learn more at serrawestomaha.org and follow us on Facebook @serrawestomaha. Christian vocation, whatever shape it takes, is a gift whose purpose is to build up the Church and to increase the kingdom of God in the world. ~ Pope St. John Paul II ~
