Event Details

The Greeley Irish Festival is a one-day event that is held annually the third Saturday in September on the Sacred Heart Church Grounds. The mission of the Greeley Irish Festival is to promote and celebrate all aspects of Irish, Irish-American and Celtic cultures, and to instill in current and future generations an appreciation of their heritage. In its 12th year, the Festival is a fun-filled day of Irish music, dance, heritage, food, and merriment—non-stop entertainment from 11:00 a.m. to 11:45 p.m., gates open at 10:00! Performed on the outdoor Main Stage, the unique line-up of live Irish music spans Traditional Irish to Celtic Rock and everything in between. A Family Clan Parade led by pipe and drums kicks off the Festival. The Culture Center provides a series of performers, speakers, and table displays that teach guests about the history and struggles of the Irish and Irish-American people. Irish Arts & Crafts Activities are available for kids. If you can’t be in Ireland, be at the Greeley Irish Festival! http://greeleyirishfestival.com/
