Dr. Matthew Ramage is coming to North American Martyrs Parish in Lincoln to talk about Genesis and science. The opening chapters of Genesis raise many questions. Did God literally create the world in six days? Why is there a snake in the garden? Did all of humanity really descend from Adam and Eve? How do we reconcile Genesis with evolution? Dr. Matthew Ramage will help answer these questions and others as well as help lead us to a better appreciation for what God is saying in these puzzling chapters of Genesis. Dr. Ramage is Professor of Theology at Benedictine College and the author of several books, the most recent of which is From the Dust of the Earth: Benedict XVI, the Bible, and the Theory of Evolution.
